Bridget Wenman is a seasoned executive coach, leadership strategist, and business consultant with over 25 years of experience guiding leaders and organizations toward sustained success. As a Best Practice Chair and CEO Group Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., Bridget leads peer advisory think tanks, helping CEOs and senior executives navigate complex business challenges, sharpen their leadership skills, and achieve measurable results. With nearly a decade at Vistage, she has been instrumental in fostering executive development, facilitating high-impact discussions, and providing strategic guidance to top-tier business leaders.
In addition to her work with Vistage, Bridget serves as President of Perspectives Training and Consulting, LLC, a firm dedicated to optimizing workplace culture, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and driving organizational growth. Through a blend of executive coaching, team training, and personalized development strategies, she empowers organizations to unlock their full potential.
Bridget is also the developer and facilitator of the Transformational Leadership Program for the Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce, a comprehensive nine-month leadership development initiative. This program is designed to cultivate high-impact leaders through a structured curriculum that emphasizes self-awareness, purpose-driven leadership, critical thinking, mental fitness, and team cohesion. The program includes nine in-depth sessions covering core competencies of effective leadership, strategic execution, and accountability, culminating in final presentations and a graduation celebration. By guiding participants through this transformative journey, Bridget helps leaders enhance their skills, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful change within their organizations.
Previously, Bridget held leadership roles in various industries, including staffing and talent development, strategic account management, and corporate consulting. Notably, as an Area Manager at Spherion and Strategic Account Manager at Profiles International, she played a pivotal role in business growth, client development, and workforce solutions.
With a deep passion for leadership excellence and giving back to her community, Bridget has also served on advisory boards and non-profit boards, leveraging her expertise to shape strategic initiatives and drive business transformation. Her career is marked by a commitment to innovation, people development, and fostering environments where individuals and organizations thrive. In 2015, she was honored by her local community with the Athena Leadership Award, a prestigious recognition given to women who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, professional excellence, and community impact while actively supporting and mentoring other women in their careers.
Beyond her professional achievements, Bridget finds her greatest joy in family. She is happily married to her husband, Tom, and together they have built a wonderful life in Central Wisconsin, where they raised four incredible children. Today, she treasures her expanding role role as a grandmother to six beautiful grandchildren, finding inspiration and fulfillment in the time spent with her growing family.
Jennifer Ekiss is an Organizational Development Specialist at Perspectives Training & Consulting. With extensive experience in coaching, facilitation, and workforce development, her work includes leadership training, team development sessions, organizational coaching, and customized solutions for schools, nonprofits, and businesses across Wisconsin.
She is skilled in using Wiley’s suite of leadership and behavioral assessments, including Everything DiSC®, Agile EQ™, and WorkSmart™, to equip individuals and teams with greater self-awareness, adaptability, and effectiveness.
Jennifer is deeply invested in supporting the greater Wausau community. She serves local leaders through workshops, coaching, and community-based leadership initiatives. Her approach centers on empowering people, strengthening relationships, and building workplaces where everyone can contribute at their highest level.
Jennifer supports the development and delivery of training programs at Perspectives Training & Consulting. She assists with client coordination, program implementation, and internal organizational support to help teams receive effective, high-quality training and resources.
